And I guess in YOUR mind that settles an issue, that you have an opinion once shared.
Medicare for all. It is done. It takes little to "implement". Increase in taxes it is done. "GUBMINT" is doing a fine job with Medicare. Folks like it. Time to offer it up for all. And the tax increase to pay for it will be a fraction of (at best) or equal to (at worst) what your premiums are now.
THAT is where we are going. Go there now and we are better off sooner.
Continue to fight it and we pay more and get less for longer.
This is not brain surgery.
As for "living with it" - it is the govt in charge that is accountable. When the Dems were in charge they faced HC crisis and got close to 30 million Americans access to health care.
Now the GOP thinks it can take that away and not be held accountable - that MILLIONS of moms across the country whose access to health care for their kids that they just had and had taken away will sit back and say 'oh yeah sure - this is the fault of a Dem-led vote 9-10 years ago ???
Good luck with that. Single Payer works mostly the world over. Our system worked nowhere. So much for our "having had this discussion before". You are as wrong now as you were then.
