course of a month moving all the small stuff. Then we hired 2 guys and a truck to get the furniture. I would NEVER pay a mover to touch all my stuff again, unless I'm moving 100s of miles away.

We had a pretty awful experience when we moved to Colorado. Truck was ~10 days late. The guy that supervised the load gave his 2 weeks notice on day one of our load, so he obviously didn't give a ****. We had several items broken and lost\stolen. Took 10 months to finally get it resolved with the mover.
