logically works is to have separate transgendered training units. could be platoon, company or battalion sized elements.
currently males and females are completely split in initial training. no fraternization in basic/ait training environments for the most part.
i couldn't talk to female soldiers. didn't eat at the same table. certainly didn't share bathrooms (often time with no walls between toilets) and certainly didn't share showers. mind you the showers i had were sort of community showers. one central pole with 5 or six shower heads coming off of it. basically standing around in a circle.
do you libs actually think it's a good idea to have a platoon of female recruits with a couple guys thrown in who identify as a girl swinging their d*cks around a community shower? or are you realistically proposing separate facilities and accommodations?
where do you differentiate between someone who has had complete gender reassignment surgery between someone who just identifies as a girl and dresses like one?
after initial training i don't think for the most part it's THAT big of an issue. but make no mistake it's a huge pain in the azz for initial training.
just my thoughts.
