You also don't have to pass the bill to find out what is in it, if it was constructed in this open transparent method you are no claiming.

As for the new bill, I would invite Dems, and if they choose not to attend so be it. Shame on repubs for not openly doing so, but the Dems had already stated that they would not work with Repubs on a repeal and replace
