with his all cash deal...in many ways..from the inspection to the fact that someone was making an income under the table.

He can do whatever he wants..I really don't care.

Unfortunately, government finds ways of finding out about this...hence the "we will see". There are lots of Tiggrrrs of the world that care more about the "rule of law" and enforcing laws than common sense let people to what they want to their property.

One town I was in did "city inspections" to look at your house so everything "was updated in their files" to make sure assessment values "were correct" when in reality it was probably just looking for cheaters and the possibilities for big fines.
