Looks like he's worked at a few places with recognized names. But the relevant factor here imo: he's like 24 years old. Those name places have adjusted to the modern digital media landscape by giving a platform to young writers who will work for peanuts. This guy does not work for USA Today because he's a good analyst or because his words are worth reading. He's there because he gets clicks and works for cheap.
