murders could be problematic & along with the rest of his violent, lawless history could be a deal killer:
Per Nevada Parole guidelines the Parole Board can consider past convictions in determining whether Simpson might become a recidivist criminal.
Besides that Civil trial, Simpson was convicted of beating his wife in 1989.
However, the famous criminal trial can not, of course, be considered a prior offense.
Board can also consider "other information" that might allow the Board to deem an inmate a risk to public safety if released on parole.
Since the Civil trial jury did find him guilty of the murdered of both Nicole Brown & Ronald Goldman, the Board could take notice of that & along with the rest of his violent past, which includes the crime he committed that has him currently locked up, they could find that he would pose a threat to society due to his established propensity for violence.
