no one has a right to an education. to claim education as a right means that an educator must exist. to claim education as a right is to claim ownership of a portion of another person's life.
if a person is all alone on an island, does that person have a right to an education? let's say yes. what must be present for this right to be realized? the existence of another. what else? that other must be educated as well, using his property to pay for an education; using his time and life to study and learn and understand; using his time to then teach.
this is exactly why healthcare is not a right, as well
