I thought Memphis was rumored to be offering Barry Odom.

Plenty of schools hire successful coordinators without head coaching experience. Barry was on the fast track to becoming a head coach. If he can win at Mizzou, we may have our coach for the next 20+ years. That's how you win in the SEC if you're Mizzou. Trying to keep up with the money being spent at the top schools in the conference won't likely work for us.
