people with easier access to him like his military people. The reasoning being he has killed so many of them, why would they not assume they could be next? Smarter to to just take him down before you get mowed down by an anti-aircraft gun and fed to dogs.

I'm sure some brainwashed people think like you said, but the bad living conditions and black market stuff makes me think not all are that way. That's why you hear stories of them escaping to the south.
