licenses until this year because they were afraid of the federal government having Missourians' data. They won't pass prescription drug monitoring to fight opiod abuse because of privacy concerns. But when Trump and Kobach ask for full voting records for 10 years, SSN #'s, and all kinds of personal data the republicans in Jefferson City immediately are willing to give it up.
