Solyndra debacle, his Dept of Commerce imposed a 30% Duty on Chinese solar panels in an effort to make foreign solar panels more expensive for the consumers. Of course, the Chinese companies moved their manufacturing to Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia.... but he was able to hurt solar for a year or so
