Stuffing Pandora back into the box is harder than it was for Dems to open it

Their 'priority one' took 2 years and a lot of blackmail in a Dem super majority Congress.... (and Dems controlled the House and Senate for 2 years prior to Obama winning, yet it still took them 2 years to come up with their piece of cr@p)
