Not to defend zounami here, but he didn't exactly say anything inaccurate.
He posted Mizzou's record. (Which are facts.)
He posted he thinks the team will be better this year. (He probably really does think that. So, sill accurate.)
He posted that a coach can make a difference. (Ok this is more of an opinion rather than fact, but it's not like he's way out of line here.)
And you want him to "settle down"? For what?
