We are left to assume that the kids were arrested ONLY for selling water on the sidewalk on a hot day. It would be amazingly stupid for the cops to do that.

But maybe they had been politely warned twenty times. Maybe they were aggressively "selling" the water for ten dollars a bottle, annoying the tourists. Maybe they had cocaine in their possession and were offering to sell that as well.

I dunno and i don't trust the huffington pist. Do you?
