Every year isn't easy. Talented or not, you have a long way of going. Do you realize the difference in an 18-19 yr old compared to 20-23 yr olds that have played in a system for 4 years? Luck of the draw and injuries play a part as well. In 2014, Willie Cauley Stein was injured in game 2 of NCAA tournament, we still made it to the championship game where we definitely needed him.
In 2015 with a 38-0 (NCAA record) team, lost to a 35 win #1 seed as well, Wisconsin team. We had one player who could guard Dekker, that was Alex Poythress out with injury.
