In 2008 ku had 2 ineligible players as the games leading scorers and rebounders, a guy whose dad had a fake job in the department, a guy who was found to have received over $5,000 in impermissible benefits during his recruitment, and someone who it was later revealed had a known sexual assault allegation being buried until after the season concluded. All this while being on major probation.

So Memphis had to vacate their games instead, because they lost the title game.
