determine your lot in life. These kids will do just fine because they have a mother teaching them not only to look for the good in people but to create that good.

Which has more impact, on both sides, these kids making the meals and handing them out to those in need or a government funded and run program?

People are pack animals and we interaction to be healthy. The smile and kind message probably helps these down on their luck individuals more than the meal.
