IMO, BO and staff in the first two years shouldnt be too

Concerned about overall recruit ranking, what they should focus on, is filling holes they see on the current team and fill them, then if they are able to fill the holes, the third year on they should go after top recruits regardless of position and should be able to move and adjust to maintain a top competitive team.
