Obamacare will be difficult to do, because the weaklings in the Republican Party won't help.

To do the right thing re Paris, to keep his promise, and to save the United States trillions of dollars and to show how a leader is supposed to act, he does not need the weaklings in the Republican Party. He can do the opposite of what Obama did.
