The cost per kwh are similar, cheaper in some cases.

I dont know what you mean.
Id guess those jobs are in R&D and implementation. Dirty fuels have very little innovation left, and thus the investment in them is declining. Whereas there is and will be a tremendous need for innovation and implementation of clean energies, which is why there is much more investment in those sectors.
