1. It wasn't my list. As indicated I just cut and pasted it from the linked source. As outlined in the paragraph proceeding there are a number of teams I take exception to being omitted.

2. That was before the tourney expanded to 64 teams, so it isn't eligible for consideration based on the parameters the author laid out.
