Yeah, offense is fun to watch, but I grew up watching the Dan Devine/Al Onofrio defenses of the 60s and 70s, and there's nothing more fun that watching a stout D pummel opposing offenses. Devine and Onofrio proved that you can win a lot of games with imposing defenses, and Alabama continues to prove that point in this day and age. Without all the defensive scores last year, 'Bama might not have even made the playoffs.
