"bothered" is accurate - and that's something you can't possibly hope to know.

Whereas you told us you were uncomfortable.

Can you tell me why i'm "bothered" by your post? how it impacts me or affects me? Is it that important to you that you think i'm angry or bothered or upset and that's the only possible reason I offered you the suggestion i did?

perhaps it's just my perspective on your situation and I'm not bothered at all?
