1) no one was killed by cops, which was El's original statement. The police were returning fire at someone shooting at them. Only you would be dumb enough to blame the police for this.

2) This was the only example of a true accidental shooting and once again no one was killed. This does not back up El's original claim.

3) Yes, this was mistaken identity but the woman killed shot at the police first.

So of your three post only one fits El's criteria, it was not a simple case of police shooting an innocent civilian and it happened almost three years ago. If El's original statement were correct you should have been able to do much better than this.

I will actually give you bonus point though. This may be the first time in memory that you have actually tried support a statement of yours with actual facts. It was a good first effort but still only 'D' work.
