Acts of war are not impeachable. Funding Nicarauguan terrorists by Reagan in violation of laws passed by the US Congress may well have been impeachable. IDK

(By the by friend, citizens don't hold the power of voting for impeachment - re: your question to that effect. That Democrats have not committed impeachable offenses and GOP members have should tell you something.

I am not calling for Trump's impeachment today. If it turns out he obstructed justice, that would seem appropriate - if he or his campaign worked in collusion in any fashion with a hostile foreign power to influence a US national election - that's Treason - that's jail time friend. Or hanging perhaps, I don't know.
