being out on the street after serving a day short of a year for 2 armed robberies....because if the judge had him serve that one extra day it would have triggered ICE to start deportation proceedings. Which means he wouldn't have been out to murder two doctors.

Or the judge I posted about earlier giving a light sentence for shooting 2 people.
