If Director Comey had actual knowledge of wrong doing by President Trump, it was his responsibility, as a lawyer and officer of the court, to report the same. His failure to report the wrong doing is a violation of the law on Director Comey's part. Inasmuch as Director Comey reported no such wrong doing, we may conclude that no such documentation of wrong doing exists!
