collusion. Yes, if the FBI was doing a DOMESTIC investigation into it, he would not have known. But still, he didn't see any. So my original statement stands, the lie is about the difference between "no collusion" and "no evidence of collusion"

And FBI does get involved in foreign intelligence and Clapper would have know about that side of it. Domestic & criminal - no not his concern, but foreign - he would have heard.

Again, If the CIA or NSA, ect heard something it would have gone up to him to be sent down to the FBI for investigation.
