They have not one effing thing to do with impacting Russian Propane production you moran.
The coal industry has a basic issue.
Natural Gas is cheaper, cleaner and easier to transport. Fracking has produced an enormous amount of excess capacity in this area.
Coal isn't coming back at any price. Think of it as firewood at this point. Used by the fringe, not the mainstream in 10 years.
