L. Dee Murdock does not belong on the team. At all. Replace him with Jeff Hafer. Play Brian Grawer at the point (move Sutherland to the bench), and add Matt Lawrence, Ryan Rosberg, and Jeff Warren to the bench (along with others that other have mentioned in sincerity — McIntyre, Leonard, Sandbothe), and you'd have a credible, albeit '50s era, team.
