at the big level:
absurd and horrible that the US govt / NSA basically records every communication in the US real-time; it's an affront to personal liberty and a danger to free society

at the transition to the issue leve:
it's clear the Obama Executive Order allowing all intelligence to be shared with the 16 "known" agencies resulted in a larger concentric ring of people to have access to the Flynn tapes and someone leaked them illegally to the WashPo.

at the detail level:
Believes Rice probably orchestrated a leak to undermine Trump, finds it very curious that the actual transcripts of Flynn aren't leaked - if he was guilty of peddling influence, wouldn't you leak the content????
