under Bliss. They had made one NCAA tourney in the previous 50 years. So that scandal just made a bad program slightly worse. To rebuild it to the level that Baylor was accustomed to wasn't much work.

Kim took a program that was pretty good and cratered it. To rebuild it will be a substantial rebuild.
