which is the best irony of it all. By-in-large his supporters are rural and middle class or lower. Health facilities/providers will be hardest hit in rural areas, and the subsidies of ACA that mostly help low and middle income people will be significantly reduced.

I guess it's a good thing most Trump voters are too fuking stupid to realize who's to blame
