have to be amazed at the level of incompetence in the GOP wing of the House.
I mean, Paul Ryan never wins anything. This isn't a win. This is scratching something off a list to say you did something, but at a tremendous optical cost with nothing to gain. The Senate is going to chew this up and remind the GOP that pre-existing conditions are their base voter.
Come on guys, this isn't complicated. Unless you're incompetent.
