I am saying its method is or could obsolete. Our military was built in the Reagan years when we had a clear enemy and a clear objective. In the days of terrorism and no clear enemy and the fact that they can attack us in malls or whatnot...that is a different kind of warfare that just spending $52 billion on new tanks, aircrafts, etc a waste of money.

It is the equivalent of France building trenches everywhere against Germany.
