There might not be a spot.
If Robertson, Knox, and/or Tilmon all decide to come here (I'd bet on Robertson and Tilmon right now), then there's no open scholarship for Porter.
That means someone has to transfer. Which we'd no doubt end up seeing. But it looks bad if he reclassifies when we don't have a spot and then someone is clearly forced out.
While that situation works itself out, he might as well build up his own reputation out of his brother's shadow and continue to work on his game.
