Except when it's your neighborhood getting the crack and heroin users dropping by and your kids are the ones playing in the streets and you have to worry about some drug deal gone bad resulting in shots fired, do you just "respect people's property rights"?
Every time one of these events happen it's always the same thing drawing the police into it--the people who live there complain about all the things I stated.
The druggies don't give a sh*t about anyone's property rights.
