clearly, your massive socialist big govt approach for education isn't helping at all.

Frankly, they need to go radical, and replace much of education with internet based solutions, and teaching kids at their own pace.

Instead of just baby sitting them and collecting checks.

any kids cause trouble, toss them out.

No matter how small. Just means they are that much closer to the ground to pick up trash.

They might decide school's a better option.

Your solution? Hug it out, blame the teachers, call it racism, and leave the hooligans in class to screw it up for everybody.
