I've said often here, is to set priorities on what, who and how much care we extend thru gov't largesse. Thats common sense, but not something the pols are ever going to do, since they would lose some votes somewhere.

Also, proceed under the view that health care is NOT a right, in which every ailment must be treated for everyone all the time. Which is the unstated, and totally unsustainable, system we hopelessly labor under.
