that some stupid narrative. Some individuals may see tax cuts - some may see increases. The VAST majority of low income citizen do not pay income tax - therefore, while some MODERATE income level citizens may get tax cuts, it's not the largest ever.

It IS by far the largest tax cut in history for the UBER-wealthy - the Trumps, Gates, Buffetts, Soros, Kochs, etc.
