They didn't work for Reagan and they didn't work for Dubya.

They don't generate revenue, they only add to the debt. This is economic/statistical fact.

This falls under the same foolishness that guides so much of our 'homeland security.' People only need to 'feel' that it will work versus it actually being effective.

It's stupid...
