approach a program when they are in their last shot, demoted from d-1 to d-2, the last chance to salvage their career.

vrs a top 100 player with a lot of options still left to explore.

It's a shame Kim couldn't just hold a decent team together until he could get some credibility with better players and better high school programs, but he couldn't.

Today the coach has to wrestle the transfer circuit as well as he can coach basketball.
