just decriminalized some aspect of possesssion/usage & allowed Public Health to take the lead as for as penalizing the criminal action.
This thread was about zero prohibition. No Societal penalty at all.
Public Health should play a greater role in this country as well.
Also, I won't even get into the unparalleled example of comparing a country the size of Portugal & this country!
As an aside, Portugal & Spain, for that matter, are very nice countries with very high standards of living & quality of life.
