Don't worry, He promised to move back after his girlfriend graduates college.
Count on lot's of media coverage on this special election, telling everyone how big he won over the republican.
(ignoring the fact he was running against 17 of them).
When the next election is held, the dem who doesn't even live in the district will lose against the the republican. You have to get 50% or more to avoid the runoff election.
