demands that the president not receive gifts or emoluments from a foreign state without the approval of Congress. It is up to the president to demonstrate that he is free of such emoluments, else Congress should perform due diligence and investigate.
Oh, BTW, no presidential candidate has ever released their college transcripts.
Lois Lerner was forced to resign, but the FBI did not file charges after a thorough investigation, due to a lack of evidence of any wrongdoing.
Soros is a private individual. Perhaps you also think the Koch Brothers should be similarly investigated.
