If too many people came here...yes..it would overwhelm the "system" and then maybe they would leave. Why not at least maybe have an easier way in for those with a job approval already after passing basic background checks. Why do we need a cumbersome lottery system with all of these stupid rules?

We have these "tough rules" which causes more problems than they solve...and we end up just like the drug war.
