The only point I would disagree with is the assertion that the Saudi's and Israeli's are a driving force behind the neocons. Saudi Arabia and Israel are US vassal states. They are used by the deep state to finance and promote neocon views while maintaining plausible deniability for the deep state. The Saudi's and the Israeli's work for the deep state, not the other way around.
