Are we discouraged from using mob votes? I know you can't organize a mobbing, but posts like "use em if you have em" have not been removed. I suggested daily use of mob votes for those that are deserving and my post was removed. it didn't mention anyone by handle. Can we not encourage people to use their votes?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
