is here illegally. But he wants to do the right thing.

He has been here eight years, and doesn't speak English.
A few years ago, his taxes were prepared by what he called, a shady tax preparer. I'm sure it was not his fault, he knew nothing about it. He was fined several thousand dollars. He says he doesn't want to make problems for himself.

Sounds like he wants to do things the right way.
